Malfer Finishes Strong in Oceanside 70.3

Ok, so it wasn't exactly a podium finish and it wasn't the Tour de France either, but 4:44:44 on a difficult early season course (16/400+ AG) aint too shabby.  In his first race as a Raging Bull, Malfer made us proud with a 28:38 swim, a 2:38:04 bike and a 1:33:53 run.  He finished strong enough to out perform local triathlon phenom, Brian Weaver on the run, closing the gap to a mere 3 minutes.  Who knows, had Malfer not tossed his cookies on the bike, he could possibly have lead the KC field.  Great job Mike.  Good luck in Florida.
