Doug Campbell Takes 1st in Philly and Lawrence - Finishes Top 20 at Cyclocross National

Doug Campbell had another strong cyclocross season racing for the Raging Bulls. He took flew past the pack and took first place at the with a 60+ win at the Whirlybird Cross in Philadelphia vs a field of 27 riders. Doug followed that lofty performance up with a local win at Joules Cross in Lawrence. Adding to his cyclocross travel schedule, Doug competed in the Trek Cup at the Trek headquarters near Madison WI and Jingle Cross in Iowa City. Both were amateur races wrapped around pro World Cup events.. Doug said he uncharacteristically had a bad day at the Trek race but bounced back for a 5th and a 3rd place in a pair of races at Jingle. After some other local races, Doug finished in the top 20 in his age group at the Cyclocross National Championships in Chicago on December 8. Congrats on a great season, Doug!
