Schloegel Takes 7th Place in Age Group Nationals in Omaha

While taking a break from the Ironman World Championships, Bob Schloegel couldn't find it in himself to let a year go by without at least some championship competition. Bob headed up the highway to Omaha on August 13th for the USAT Age Group Nationals. Bob placed 7th in his age group with a time of 2:14:32. After the race Bob said "Really fast guys. Good venue. It would be great to get the Bulls there for next year's race." Perhaps after the Bulls kill each other in Kona this year, they can tear up the USAT Nationals in Omaha in 2017.
