Pat Donnelly is what we call a repeat offender. Participating in his umpteenth Escape From Alcatraz triathlon in San Francisco, California. Pat landed on the podium with a swim of 37:59, a bike of 1:16:53 a run of 1:20:34 for a total time of 3:36:49. Pat is shown below with fellow Bull and Escape From Alcatraz veteran, Tony Zink.
