Doug Campbell Gets Cyclocross Season in Full Swing with Podium Finish

Doug Campbell took the Bulls head first into the Cyclocross season.  Someone needs to come up with a RBV hand-up for Cyclocross because Doug deserves one for leading the charge for the cycling Bulls.

In addition to leading our efforts to have a legit cycling team, Doug also took 3rd in Masters 55-59 Age Group in the Kansas State Cyclocross Championships in Lawrence.  He took 5th in the Masters division at the Boulevard Cup.

Official USA Cycling teams, like the Raging Bulls must sponsor a race every year.  This year, we sponsored the Boulevard Cup on November 2.   Doug organized our efforts and Edd Pineda, Brett Spencer and Steve Cosentino showed up to work the race.  Doug also managed to get a Masters race in.  In the pre-race warm-ups, Edd Pineda looked at the field and said "I don't get it." I said, "yeah, and a lot of people probably see riding 200 miles on gravel across the God forsaken State of Kansas and say, I don't get it." Thanks to Doug and the rest of the crew for contributing to the cycling community.
