Bulls Train with Pro Triathlete Sarah Piampiano

The Bulls spent the last few weeks training with Pro Triathlete Sarah Piampiano who came from San Fransisco to the rolling hills and heat of Missouri and Kansas for a little pre-Kona training with the boys. Sarah, who took first this year at Ironman 70.3 New Orleans and first at Ironman Vineman was a challenging training partner for the Bulls including Mike Malfer and Kona bound Luke Wilson, Jim Myers and Jason Fitzhugh along with John Denne, COZ and former Bull, Barry Ogden, although COZ managed to drop her on a ride to Drexel*. Sarah had great things to say about her time with the Bulls. "They push me in swim, bike and run; they make sure I'm safe; they offer a good laugh over food. Super pumped to see what they do in Kona and Chattanooga in a few weeks." No doubt she will leave the boys in her dust out on the big island.  Good luck Sarah!

*Ok, this is about as true as COZ being King of the Mountains after his head-start to the Summit of Mount Evans. On this particular training day, the batteries went out on Sarah's DI2 and she was stuck in a bad gear. She rode back to Malfer's from Drexel and did another ride later in the day.
